Brilliant is a boutique Shopify Plus agency based in Montreal, Quebec. Founded by Alex Leclair and Olivier Mercier-Chan Kane, with backgrounds at Frank & Oak, Akufen, Knix, SSENSE, Pact, BESIDE and Invisible Colors.

What we do

We design and build ecommerce experiences for DTC brands with real equity to protect. We work at the intersection of commercial performance and design craft.

Our approach

Fixed-fee, outcome-based engagements. Four pillars: Diagnostic, Identity, Build, Continuity. We don't do dark patterns, fake urgency, or discount dependency.
